Selection of papers for presentation at the Annual Open Scientific Meeting of the Musculoskeletal Infection Society is a peer review process.
The papers are selected for presentation based on objective grading using the MSIS Paper Grading Guidelines.
The deadline for abstract submission is May 12, 2008.
Authors will be notified of selection decisions by e-mail by May 30,2008.

You may include 2 figures and/or 1 table; make sure that they are referred to in the abstract text.
Format table in Microsoft Word. Figures should be between 4 to 6 inches in width. Line-art drawings must be at least 600 dpi and grayscale pictures at least 300 dpi to ensure quality reproduction.
Submit figures and table inserted into a .doc file for upload.

Guidelines for Submission to Clinical Orthopaedics and Related Research (CORR)
Papers presented at the annual meeting may be invited to be published in CORR's Proceedings of the Annual Meeting at the discretion of the Program Chair.
For consideration to be invited for publication in the CORR Proceedings, a full manuscript of the paper in CORR format must be submitted to the Program Chair before August 1, 2008. Please see http://www.editorialmanager.com/corr/ for details regarding the specifics on the guidelines and format. Invitation to be published will be based on both the objective grading of the submitted manuscript and the material presented at the meeting.
Authors will be notified by e-mail on or before August 25, 2008 regarding invitation status. Papers invited for publication in the Proceedings of the Annual Meeting must be submitted electronic to CORR by September 1, 2008.
